Refund Policy – Garden Lighting Solutions Gift Box
We want you to be delighted with your purchase.
Gift Boxes and Gift Cards from Garden Lighting Solutions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the Gift Box has not been used, redeemed, or gifted onward.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, minus an administration fee of £50.00 to cover handling and fulfilment costs.
Please note:
The gift token value is fully refundable (less the £50.00 fee) if unredeemed.
Any opened or personalised items (such as handwritten cards) are non-returnable.
If your Gift Box arrives damaged, we will replace it promptly at no extra cost.
