Your garden lighting is designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere all year round. To keep it looking and performing at its very best, we include a free first year of maintenance with every installation. From Year 2 onwards, you can choose one of our affordable care packages, designed to give you peace of mind and keep your garden glowing beautifully.

 

Year 1n - Free Introduction Offer

Every installation includes a complimentary maintenance package in the first year.

This covers:

• Two service visits (Spring & Autumn).

• System testing–circuits, RCD/RCBO protection, earthing, and supply integrity.

• Fitting maintenance, clean, inspect, and realign each light fitting; reseat or reseal if required.

• Smart controls and sensors, check and reset timers, smart apps, photocells, and PIRs (including daylight saving adjustments.

• Operation, check and verify every circuit and control sequence operates as designed.

• Certification & inspection, and test certificate issued for your records.

• Lamp/LED replacement within warranty, free of charge.

• Call-outs related to installation. 

 

Extended Maintenance Packages (From Year 2 Onwards)

Our packages are simple, transparent, and cost-effective. Each includes two professional service visits per year, plus priority call-outs at 50% off standard rates.

Book longer periods in advance and enjoy generous discounts:

• For period - Year 2 only: £180.00

• For period - Years 2 & 3: £360–10% = £324-00

• For period - Years 2,3, & 4: £540–15% = £459-00

• For period - Year 2,3,4 & 5: £720–20% = £576.00

The longer you commit, the more you save–with up to 20% discount, and reduced call-outs.

 

What’s Included Each Year

• Two scheduled service visits (Spring & Autumn).

• Inspection & certification of circuits and controls.

• Fitting maintenance - cleaning lenses, tightening fixings, resealing joints, adjusting beams.

• Smart controls & sensors–check, reset, and update timers, smart apps, PIRs, photocells, and switching.

• System test - RCD trip times, continuity, insulation resistance, polarity, earth loop impedance.

• Priority callouts - 50% discount on any non-warranty callouts.

Note: Lamp replacements beyond the 12-month installation warranty are chargeable at cost.
