Your garden lighting is designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere all year round. To keep it looking and performing at its very best, we include a free first year of maintenance with every installation. From Year 2 onwards, you can choose our affordable care packages, designed to give you peace of mind and keep your garden glowing beautifully.

 

Year 1 - Free Introduction Offer

Every installation includes a complimentary first year maintenance package.

This covers:

• Two service visits (Spring & Autumn).

• System testing–circuits, RCD/RCBO protection, earthing, and supply integrity.

• Fitting maintenance, clean, inspect, and realign each light fitting; reseat or reseal if required.

• Smart controls and sensors, check and reset timers, smart apps, photocells, and PIRs (including daylight saving adjustments.

• Operation, check and verify every circuit and control sequence operates as designed.

• Certification & inspection, and test certificate issued for your records.

• Lamp/LED replacement.

• Call-outs related to installation. 

 

Year 2  - Extended Maintenance Packages

Our service packages are designed to be simple, transparent, and cost‑effective. We also offer reduced long‑term pricing when booking multiple years in advance:

• Year 2

• Years 2 & 3 — 10% discount

• Years 2, 3 & 4 — 15% discount

• Years 2, 3, 4 & 5 — 20% discount

The longer the commitment, the greater the saving—while still benefiting from ongoing professional care and reduced call‑out costs.

 

What’s Included Each Year

• Two scheduled service visits (Spring & Autumn).

• Inspection & certification of circuits and controls.

• Fitting maintenance - cleaning lenses, tightening fixings, resealing joints, adjusting beams.

• Smart controls & sensors–check, reset, and update timers, smart apps, PIRs, photocells, and switching.

• System test - RCD trip times, continuity, insulation resistance, polarity, earth loop impedance.

• Priority callouts - 50% discount on any non-warranty callouts.

Note: Lamp replacements beyond the 12-month installation warranty are chargeable at cost.
