Step 1: Appointment Booking
Haitham coordinates your booking, whether online or by phone. He confirms a date and time that works for you, and you’ll receive a reminder so you don’t have to chase us.

Step 2: First Appointment
Gary visits your home to walk through the garden with you. He listens to your ideas, vision, and budget, and highlights key features and pathways. Measurements are taken, along with checks of your existing electrics.
Why it matters: You meet the person who will oversee all electrical works and final handover.
Step 3: Measurements
Gary records accurate dimensions and supply notes. Haitham uses these details to prepare the initial design plan, and any enabling supply requirements — such as routes from the house or consumer unit checks — are identified early.
Why it matters: Careful planning avoids surprises later and ensures neat, hidden cabling.
Step 4: Visual Modelling
Haitham creates a bespoke lighting design, complete with suggested fittings. Visual mock-ups show how your garden will look at dusk, with options included to suit your style, budget, and energy efficiency preferences.
Why it matters: You see the transformation before a single spade is lifted.
Step 5: Second Consultation
Gary and Haitham review the design with you in detail. Adjustments are made to suit your preferences and planting ideas, and final positions are agreed before the quotation is finalised.

Step 6: Quotation & Approval
Haitham prepares and presents the itemised quotation. He walks you through the fittings, controls, and options so you know exactly what’s included. Once you’re happy, we agree the programme for installation.
