Easthampstead Park’s lighting masterplan has been created not only to enhance the estate every evening, but to provide refined flexibility for weddings, conferences and seasonal moments. Each enhancement protects the architectural and nocturnal identity of the estate, while giving the hotel meaningful options to elevate the guest experience. All enhancements are optional and available only when the hotel chooses to use them.

A Grand Arrival with Built-In WOW

The estate benefits from a uniquely structured lighting framework. Thirty-nine lampposts form the illuminated journey into Easthampstead Park, positioned to create a naturally choreographed welcome:

4 double-headed lampposts at the barrier entrance – perfect for high-impact statements
32 lampposts forming the full driveway approach
A triple lamppost positioned directly in front of the hotel
Two sentry lampposts framing the Grand Porch
Four posts marking the entrance and exit of the Pond Garden

This estate-wide canvas allows tasteful enhancements — coordinated wraps, ribbons, wreaths, corporate flags or wedding pennants — without altering the installation.

Flagpoles That Announce Every Occasion

Three uplit black entrance flagpoles create a strong visual statement at the gateway. These can fly bespoke wedding flags, corporate sponsor or event branding, or seasonal/national-pride flags.

The newly uplit island flagpole and rooftop flagpole extend this identity system to the hotel itself, giving complete estate-wide visibility for celebrations and VIP events.

Enhancements for Weddings, Conferences and Seasons

Weddings – Soft coordinated accents, personalised pennants, sparkle and decorative touches along the lamppost route.
Corporate – Corporate colours, organisational flags and professional identity markers create a polished welcome.
Seasonal & Christmas – Warm-white garlands, festive ribbons, wreaths and illuminated Christmas trees, deployed using discreet outdoor sockets.

These enhancements carry strong perceived value yet require minimal operational effort. If the hotel wishes, they can be offered as optional guest-requested upgrades.
