The GLS Installation Process
A clear six-stage process covering planning, infrastructure, lighting distribution, control equipment, cable protection and final commissioning.

I Step 1 — Survey & Plan
Confirm the lighting layout, cable routes, controls and installation requirements before work begins.

Step 2 — Garden Infrastructure
Install the main power, control and distribution infrastructure required for the lighting system.

Step 3 — Lighting Distribution
Install the low-voltage lighting circuits and distribution points throughout the garden.

Step 4 — Controls & Connections
Install transformers, control equipment and final electrical connections.

Step 5 — Install & Reinstate
Position the fittings, protect cable routes and carefully reinstate affected areas of the garden.

Step 6 — Commission & Handover
Test the complete system, adjust and balance the lighting, then complete the final handover.
